A native delicacy is a recipe that is popular in a specific country but is not well-known elsewhere A native cuisine is a food that is popular in a specific region of the world. The delicacy can be a popular local food or something made for a special occasion. Filipino have a lot of native delicacies specifically the Bicol Region that is very popular and unique which really originated from the Philippines. Tourist attractions, amazing waterfalls, white sand beaches, and stunning scenery are just a few of the highlights of Bicol. Bicol is also known for its delicious native delicacies! It is what distinguishes and distinguishes the tourist experience.  If you are going to travel to Bicol region you will experience a difference cuisine that is present in the different place a kind of food that will remind you of Bicol.

One of the popular food in Bicol is the Bicol Express is well-known for its flavor Bicol Express, also widely recognized as sinilihan in Bikol, seems to be a popular Filipino cuisine made popular in the Malate district of Manila and yet managed to make in classical Bicolano style. In some cases, it has developed to include more meat and less chili in order to accommodate people who do not have a strong stomach for spicy dishes. Bicol Express is now available throughout the Philippines, prepared by anyone who enjoys this tasty looking spicy dish. It was created by an owner of the restaurant from Laguna named Cecilia Tita Cely Villanueva Kalaw. Tita Cely was birthed in Los Banos, Laguna, but spent the vast majority of her adolescence in Bicol, where she learned how to cook the majority of the delectable Bicolano recipes. Cely Kalaw, a Laguna native, coined the term "Bicol Express" after participating in a cooking competition in Malate, Manila, in the 1970s. She created or made an entirely new dish in reply to her customers' strong desire for a spicy and breathtaking Taro dish. It all started or made up since she was three years old and went to Naga City, where she was able to try various Bicol dishes. She grew up to be an excellent cook and created a delightful dish called Bicol Express, after the subway that transports from Paco terminal to Bicol. Bicol express is a peppery Filipino stew made with bite-sized pork pieces, chili peppers, coconut milk, bagoong, red onion, tomato, and garlic. The food is given the name after only a train in the Philippines' Bicol region, which is recognized for its spicy food.  Throughout related to nutritional value, the earliest form of the Bicol Express meal is rich in proteins but low in infused unhealthy fats. Without a hesitation, Bicol Express is among the most famous foods in the Philippines. This is due, in large part, to the heat that this flavoured dish packages.

The next bicol delicasy is the Pinangat it is a well-known Camalig native chili-hot delicacy. Pinangat has become a popular Filipino stew which comes in two varieties. The sour edition includes tamarind, vinegar, fish, and balimbi, whereas the Bicol region form contains hot chili peppers, taro leaves, coconut milk, and tuna, catfish, also fish sardines. It is also a vegetable dish grated coconut with spices and its condiment, the TARO which is a gabi in Filipino and natong in Bicol. It really origintes in the  Bicol Region, in which it is popularly known as pinangat. Laing is another name for ginataan. Pinangat is a Filipino dish or  cuisine that is typically made with a meat chillies and coconut milk that is completely covered, or squished, in taro leaves. Taro leaves are the dish's defining aspect and are also known as gabi or natong leaves in many food places and recipe books. The pinangat components filled up into or blended with the leaves vary greatly which may include ginger, onion, or fish. Pinangat na isda, or pinangat with fish, is one of many permutations.  In that the catfish, tuna or sardines, and a variety of other fish may be used. Pinangat produced in Camalig is already regarded a trademark food and haute cuisine pleasure in the Bicol Region, and it is now largely acknowledged on a global scale. Besides the pilinut and its various versions and Bicol express, pinangat has been one of Bicol's signature style foods. I learned that pinangat is not just famous in camalig but also it is widely considered by others to eat in dining because people can’t resist it smell and the taste is so much better than other kinds off.

Lastly is the Pancit Bato which is a a kind of of noodle from the Camarines Sur town of Bato. Camsur, also known as Camarines Sur, is not only known for its Caramoan Islands and water sporting venues, but it is also the birthplace of the well-known Pancit Bicol. The origin of this name has nothing to do about stones. Although it translates as rock noodles, it is actually some sort of noodle as from Camarines Sur community of Bato. It is crafted of flour and has been heat-dried. This is said to be done customarily over boulders in the sun, but the commercial way was to use the oven or heating system. Food preparation pancit bato is simple . It also has the same flavours and is prepared in the same manner. The noodles are softened by immersing them in hot water. The water is then absorbed from them. The sliced cabbages, carrot, chicken liver, and flavourings are then added. When it is ready to serve it’s better to eat it hot. The Pancit bato became the favorite snacks of some bicolanos they prefer to eat this rather than biscuits because it is tasteful and very easy to satiate. This food became important to the people of Camarines Sur because it is the identity of the place and they became famous or popular because of these pancit bato. In the Philippines, pancit is recognized as one of the Chinese-acculturated dishes of the Filipinos. Filipinos embraced the traditional cuisine and established themselves as one of the distinctively culinary affiliations. Theses days, pancit is a common sight at many major moments such as wedding ceremonies, christenings, graduation ceremonies, and, most notably, birthday parties, where their intrinsically Chinese significance as appetizing portents of a long life is regularly asserted.

Filipino families enjoy having a variety of dishes on one dining table, which represents the kindness of the Filipinos as well as the customs of close family ties.  The primary objective is therefore to preserve products, meals, or habits because they are important cultural elements. Food lineage is also valued as a potential engine for sparsely populated growth in the tourism growth.
